Villa Magnolia is a building currently under construction in the Riverine Gardens, and will offer apartments from about 35 to about 77m2, of which the smallest apartment is a studio, and the largest apartment with three bedrooms. The concept of Villa Magnolia is to follow in the footsteps of the modern design of the buildings built so far, and a modern lifestyle, which includes special facilities such as fitness and a roof terrace with barbecue. Each apartment will have a laundry room, and the two-bedroom apartments will have an additional toilet in addition to the bathroom, while the three-bedroom apartments will have a separate master bedroom with a separate bathroom.
